B&G have over 60 years’ experience in manufacturing a range of brass padlocks entirely British made, under the trade names of STA-LOK, STA-SECURE and B&G specially tailored for use on Lockout Tagout and Isolation applications in a health and safety environment. As a long standing supplier to the utility/energy/safety industry we recognise the utmost importance of key integrity.

Our padlocks can have various keying arrangements including all to differ (extensive guaranteed recorded differs available), keyed alike, and master keyed. We specialise in engraving, number stamping and colour coding for identification purposes. We also engrave logos to customer requirements. All carried out in-house.

Shackles are available in varying lengths in steel and brass (brass being ideal for anti-spark applications). These numerous variants enable us to offer a bespoke product to suit our customers’ needs.

Our padlocks are suitable for many other applications, and are widely used on locker systems and fire sprinkler systems (the ‘D4’ being the key of choice for the latter). Need a padlock for outdoors? Our padlocks in an all-brass configuration are excellent for general purpose outside use as they will not rust.

We are a firm of assessed capability to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

We have now added a 65mm heavy duty hardened steel padlock to our range, which can be keyed to interchange with our C250 51mm, and C200 38mm x 44mm Cylinder Padlocks. Please enquire for details.
